    • $12 - 1 to 3kg package weight

  • Combined Postage? - Yes, all purchased items are combined based on item weights and are automatically totalled & calculated at the checkout
    • Tracking Provided? - Yes, we use Aus Post and Couriers and send the tracking number to you
      • Pickup Available? - Yes we have FREE pickup for Perth Metro only (Secret Harbour, Baldivis, Alfred Cove & Osborne Park)

      • Warranty & Returns Policy:
        • Electrical items (air/water pumps etc.) - Warranty for 90 days minimum. Some items may have an extended warranty for 6/12 months which will be specified on the item description.
        • Fish Food - Returns are not accepted.
        • We do not accept returns for products which are not broken
        • Contact us via our website or facebook page for all Warranty & Returns queries.
        • All Warranty & Returns queries will be replied within 2 business days.
        • Customer pays for shipping costs of Returned items.
